We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the order’s delivery date (with the exception of final sale items). We only accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Yes – Items purchased online (with the exception of final sale items) can be exchanged or returned in store at the Atelier New Regime flagship in Montreal within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. Proof of purchase is required. All other return policy criteria apply.

All orders are granted a tracking number. Your tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your tracking number/link will allow you to access up to date information on the status of your order.
Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 10 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at email@example.com.
Store Pickup allows you to buy items online and pick them up at our Montreal flagship store. If you have chosen store pickup at checkout, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. We'll hold your items at the store for 14 days. To collect your order, it is necessary to show a valid photo ID and order number/proof of purchase. Orders not collected within 14 days will be canceled and refunded via store credit.
